With qualifications in Business Management and Logistics, Umair has developed excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills that support effective building and contractor management.
Known for his attention to detail and commitment to high standards, Umair plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the portfolios he supports. He is adept at managing enquiries, maintaining records, and assisting clients with professionalism and care, always striving to deliver timely and positive outcomes.
Umair is passionate about continuous improvement and professional growth, continually expanding his knowledge in strata legislation, property management, and operational efficiency. His strong work ethic and collaborative approach make him a valuable contributor to the Beaumont Strata team.
Outside of work, Umair enjoys exploring different cultures through food, spending time with his family, and contributing to community initiatives such as volunteering with Red Cross and Clean Up Australia Day.
