Joel understands the complexities of strata through his 19 years in the industry and three in the property management sector. During his time in the industry, Joel has developed a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Joel’s experience working with industry groups, including four years as part of the NSW SCA Policy & Legislative Committee, has provided him with valuable knowledge to assist an Owners Corporation in managing their strata scheme. Throughout his career, Joel has managed small and large strata schemes, including residential and commercial properties, community associations, and BMCs. He understands that a strata manager's main job is to understand and share information so the Strata Committee or Owners Corporation can make clear and informed decisions.
Joel enjoys solving problems, communicates well, and takes a proactive approach. He believes that working together as a team, including a strata agent, a strata committee, an Owners Corporation, and contractors or consultants, is the key to successfully managing a strata scheme.
